In work, repetition is constant and inevitable. This is partly why after a day of sitting at a desk or computer we can often feel as tired as if we ran a marathon. Much of this fatigue has to do with our mind/body relationship to gravity on a daily basis.
We slump into what feels like a more comfortable state or we dramatically pull ourselves up to try to deal with the downward force. When we learn to work with gravity we discover an easier balance in all activity (even lack of activity) creativity, innovation and productivity increases.
